Refund & Returns Policy
At Canadian Metal Products & Design Inc., we take pride in the quality of our products. To maintain our production standards and provide the best service to all clients, we adhere to the following policy:
1. No Returns – All Sales Final
All products sold by Canadian Metal Products & Design Inc. are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:
- Made-to-Order & Custom Products: Any items manufactured to specific client dimensions, designs, or finishes.
- Standard Products: Any stock or standard-run items purchased directly from our inventory.
We encourage customers to double-check all measurements, specifications, and CAD drawings (where applicable) before finalizing an order.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
For custom projects or large-scale orders requiring a deposit:
- All deposits are strictly non-refundable. * Once a deposit is paid, it is immediately allocated toward materials, engineering, and scheduling. Should you choose to cancel your project after the deposit has been made, the deposit will be forfeited to cover these incurred costs.
3. Quality Assurance & Defects
We stand behind the structural integrity of our work. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an error that deviates from the agreed-upon specifications:
- Notification: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Resolution: Canadian Metal Products & Design Inc. will work diligently with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. This may include repair, modification, or replacement at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Handling Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
